In order to minimise delay with return of your bond, upon vacating please ensure you follow
the below vacating guidlines.
Carpets to be professionally cleaned, windows and sills to be cleaned and dusted.
Blinds must be cleaned and left in the same condition as when you moved in.
Stove hot plates, oven, griller and drip trays should be free of grease and cleaned thoroughly,
including the area behind the stove.
Kitchen cupboards and shelves are to be cleaned inside and outside.
All walls and light switches should be wiped down and free of any marks or fingerprints.
Particular attention should be paid to bathrooms, toilets, and vanity cabinets. Shower
recesses to be scrubbed and left mould free.
All light fittings to be cleaned dusted, exhaust fans to be cleaned, any cobwebs removed.
Ensure that the lawns, edges and gardens are neat and tidy as per the ingoing report.
Driveways, carports, garages and all concrete areas are to be free from oil and grease stains.
Ensure all rubbish is removed from the interior and exterior of the premises.
Ensure that all rent is up to date and any outstanding water usage is paid.
Do not disconnect electricity/ gas services simply notify your provider you are vacating.
Please remember that you should refer to your copy of the Ingoing Inspection Report.
